Access Badges

The Office of Talent Strategy provides badge access to all district employees. Employees must have an employee identification number. All access badge requests for campus-based staff must be approved by the principal before they are processed. 

 

How to request a badge

  1. Log into the .
  2. Go to the 鶹AISD Help鶹 tile.
  3. Go to 鶹Tickets鶹. 
  4. Click 鶹Add鶹 (on the far right).
  5. Complete and submit the Badge Request form.

You will immediately receive a confirmation email indicating your request has been received. The AISD Badge Team will then review your request, after which you will receive a second email with more information regarding picking up your badge.

New employees will receive a badge request Bit-ly link and QR code included in the new employee welcome email. 
 

Badge Pick-Up Only

Badges may be retrieved in room 226 on the 2nd floor of the Austin ISD Central Office building, 4000 S. I-H 35 Frontage Rd., 78704.

  • Badge pick-up hours: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays: 7:30AM - 5PM
  • Badge appointments :
    • Appointments are booked in 15 min increments
    • A valid state/government-issued ID required for all appointments and pick-up

 

Pricing for Badges

Badges, including replacements, are provided to all AISD employees at no cost.
